We want you to experience your best night's sleep ever, which is why we offer a 90-day sleep trial for all Official NuzzleTM Pillows. If you are not completely satisfied with your comfort, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure your total satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated sleep support team via email or our online portal within 90 days of your delivery date to start the return process.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.

• 3.
  Package Your Pillow

  Securely pack your NuzzleTM pillow in its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
